"This is the original gate looking up Lyall Harbour from the house that stood on the corner of Waveney Road and Sunset Boulevard which was built by Jim Money and his brother Bill Money for Mr. Gilbert. Later it was purchased by Bill Money Jr. who lived there until his death. The house was then purchased from Bill Money's estate by Geno and Betty Carpentier and rebuilt after it burned down.
