Hilda was a lovely kind person who enjoyed gardening.
Marjorie Blane lived with her husband Fergie at the corner of Waveney Road and Money Road on the waterside.
She was a kind happy woman…

The Saturna Lions Club always provided a Santa Claus and someone to hand out the presents at the school's Christmas Concert. Lion Bob Rodway, as Santa Claus, and Lion Ian MacNeil as Santa's Helper did this job for many, many years.

Donna Curwen was the nurse before Lorna Archer-Quinn, and Bev Bruce was the medical office assistant for many years before 2005, and a few years afterward.

Lorna Archer-Quinn nursed on a part-time basis from 2005 until 2014 when she retired. Since then the island has not had an 'on island'…
